
The porcelean crab (Porcellana platycheles) the crab that took a body-building course but only did the arm exercises. It uses those massively developed front claws to stir up the sediment and feed on suspended detritus. Commonly found under stones on the lower shore in summer. It's a small crab and is sexually mature at about 5mm carapace width.
